Good Day/Bad Day: which helps us to understand the likes, dislikes and triggers of each client with real and specific examples, and Learning Logs which help us to understand behavioural patterns so that we can help to anticipate the best approach for support and activities when it comes to client satisfaction.
Using these tools help us to tailor our support and delivery to promote the client's wellbeing and meet their holistic needs. The knowledge and understanding of our client grows over time, adapts with change, and puts the individual in control. For a fully tailored and personalised experience, which enriches and enhances their life.
