Hello there! 

My name is Alex and I could be your dedicated helper. 

I've lived in Stone most of my life and so you might recognise me from around the town.

I recently started Happy Hearts Home Help to make life easier for families and individuals in and around Stone who want a bit of extra support to improve their quality of life.

When I started supporting a member of my family I realised how difficult it was to find personalised support with real continuity. We didn't want different people showing up each day. Finding one person with whom we could build trust and understanding of our personal circumstances was really important, but impossible to find!

I have personal experience with Downs Syndrome, Autism and Dementia and I have a Level 2 Certificate in 'The Principles of Working with and Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities'.
